1. Services Provided

Birmingham Gutter Pros is a lead generation service connecting homeowners with professional gutter contractors. We do not perform gutter installations or repairs ourselves but facilitate connections between customers and independent contractors.


2. Lead Pricing & Payment

  • Contractors can purchase leads on a per-lead basis at a standard rate of $20 per lead.
  • A one-time startup fee of $500 is required before receiving leads. After payment, no additional charges will apply until leads are generated.
  • A flat fee option is available at $600 per month, which includes up to 30 leads. Any additional leads beyond this threshold are free.
  • A commission-based model is also available, requiring a minimum payment of $500 per month or a percentage of total project gross revenue (if greater than $500). Contractors must report completed jobs, and Birmingham Gutter Pros reserves the right to verify with customers.


3. Lead Buy Back Program

We offer a Lead Buy Back Program to ensure quality. If a lead is deemed invalid (e.g., wrong number, duplicate request, or uninterested customer), contractors may request a credit. Birmingham Gutter Pros reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.


4. Marketing & Customer Follow-Ups

Birmingham Gutter Pros retains the right to:

  • Market to leads provided to contractors for future promotions.
  • Collect Google reviews related to customer experiences with Birmingham Gutter Pros.


5. Contractor Responsibilities

  • Contractors must provide accurate business information.
  • Contractors must handle all jobs professionally and ethically.
  • Contractors agree to report job completions honestly if participating in the commission model.


6. Disclaimer of Liability

Birmingham Gutter Pros is not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors. We do not guarantee job conversions or project success.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
